I purchased a raised garden bed from this company off a Facebook ad. It said on the website that it was coming from the US, it has freight insurance and will give you 100% refund. After waiting almost a month and realizing through the tracking it is coming from China (not the US as advertised) I received a very cheap ratchet set. Upon emailing them they gave me the run around offering 45% refund if I pay to return the ratchet set myself. After looking up the return charges of $50-80, I told them no and they counter offered 50% off the original price with no return of the item. This company is a scam!
