I purchased an item from Costco for $50 and now I can't find it in shipping anywhere and when I tried to get ahold of Costco wholesaler the email we have for them isn't valid...what can I do??

About 2 nights ago I was looking for an electric scooter for adults, I had seen an ad for Costco scooter for $75 but if I purchased that day it would be $50. So I did, however now I can't find the scooter anywhere in shipping and the tracking number doesn't do anything. I tried to email and the address is not valid.
