I am reporting that I was sent the wrong product and they don't want to send the product that I purchased

I was sent the wrong product and they told me it was the right product sent. I have proof that it was the wrong product and they don't want to compensate me my full amount. They want to compensate me a 6th of my purchase price. They will not compensate me my full amount ot send my product that I purchased
