After waiting a long time for this order it was finally received. It had no invoice either. It also had a change of address or something that caused the delay. There doesn't seem to be any way to return the items. The quality of this order was very cheap Yes...inferior quality of material and I want to return the items for a full refund. Do not want my credit card compromised either. There's no address or phone number to contact for refunds.Fraud and inferior clothing quality and wish to receive an immediate refund to my credit card without it being compromised. I also left a message with the Better Businesses Burea.
I received some "denim" pull-on pants that are completly wrinkled and inferior quality. I wish to receive a refund for this purchase as soon as possible.
The Company shown on my package says Abby Adkins, 605 Bonnie StreetLN Elk Grove Chicago, Illinois
The name of the website is Nallywear. com
Here's a copy of the mailing label and there was no other invoice or order information inside the order. I received a reply from Nallywear and they were unable to locate an email or order from me.
Update January 10th, 2026:
I have been in contact with the company and they provided me with an address in Hanoi, Vietnam to return my order. The post office wanted to charge me $96! That double what my order cost. This company doesn't have a return center here in the US.
