A product sent from her address is completely unacceptable. I'm trying to get a refund from Rushbot. Can you help?I ordered Buffalo Trace Advent calendars which contain bubble gum 'ornaments' This is truly a scam and want a refund.
The 2 companies, which have advertised items as something completely different and is nothing but penney junk, are Rushbot (order #rushbot) and Glosrity (order #C******). It is difficult to actually get exact company names as different ones appear. These 2 companies could possibly be the same; it's so hard to tell. It's definitely a scam! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
