Received items opened, delayed, generic responses. Trying to return. Going to give to post office tmrw. Not sure how was charged. Can’t find item on card, nothing in bag.I think I was scammed. It took over two months to get an item or contact with generic via email. The bag arrived opened, and I can’t seem to get anybody to talk to. I taped the bag back up and going to bring to the post office the postal carrier at one post office would not accept the bag claiming I opened it, which I did not in my prior emails. I told them I did not want the item. It was too late. My trip had already ended. It’s two lightweight sweaters in the bag nothing else.
I will take a picture of the bag.

I had the same thing happen. There is nowhere return and I do not know how I was charged for the item.
I got a package too. Don't know when ordered or how I was charged.
