I ordered a memorial stone, black granite. There is a typo in the wording. What should I do? Transaction ID # 4H724359TA*******I tried to contact the seller and was told that this is not their product. No other contact information available.

I contacted them and was told this was not their product
This is a large sum of money to me. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income.
