I have been emailing the fraudulent website since January 21 without any benefit, as it has been stalling for all this time, so I raised a complaint with you, so I am grateful for your work, where I only received USD 85.82 for Order No. 7***. As the amount of USD 39.35 for Order No. 11*** debited from my bank account on December 03, 2024 at 57:58 is still pending waiting for your answer, accept from us your utmost respect and appreciation.

I just wanted to provide you with all the required documents in order to refund the remaining part of the money 39.35 USD for Order No. 1**** for clarification
