I ordered 3 sets of luggage from Macy's.com and never received neither one of them. I waited over a month for them. Then I finally received an email stating that they had been delivered. That's a lie. I never received not one set of luggage. Through out the days and weeks I was receiving emails from China stating that the luggage was was there in route and in different other places but I never received ANYTHING! | Symptoms: Other
