I walked into the building to pay the fee, no one was in line when I asked the young lady where I can pay my fee. She walked away without a word and ignored me I walked off and about 5 minutes later she takes my name. Then I asked when can I pay and she starts to yell telling me that there was a line and if I don’t see other people in front of me. She then continued to yell at from where she was sitting and I asked her when my turn would be and she continued to rudely yell
