Received scarf and didn’t order it. Need refund and need to know where to send it back. It’s the second time this has happened.
I was sent another one earlier. How do I stop this? The return address says Online seller with the address  of 3837 Bay Lake Trail #113 North Las Vegas, NV 89030. I looked it up online and people who received something from this address says it’s fraud. I didn’t order from this seller. I have no idea how much they charged me or how they got my address. Please help me stop this and get my refunds. Please respond.

to order, the site said it wouldn’t accept my credit card, so I took all the info out, but they got me anyway. Well over 100 dollars!

Can’t find a phone number for them.
Just very frustrating to get taken. I’m 69, I guess an easy target.

I talked with them yesterday, said the received my return in the fulfillment center but I need to call back next week between the 8th til the 10th to have my account credited. Why? No answer.

I called them, said that I had to pay a restocking fee of 70 dollars, I said I would not, their ad assures full refund. She dropped it to 35 dollars. I
Just gave up and said ok, at least I will get back over 200 which was more than I expected, but still not fair. So I have to wait 8-10 days for my refund to go to my account. They gave me a refund reference number. For whatever it’s worth

Received jar of VERTI bioribose that was’t ordered, don’t need and don’t want. It is not even a valid USPS TRACKING NUMBER. My main concern - was I charged for this? Is this some type of drug that “an unknown” is trying to get us to use. Many other ladies are in the same boat!
