Safety Report: I’ve ordered clothes from the site called kalous waited 23 days for them to say delivered and it wasn’t the clothes I’ve ordered it was a ring VVSI from GRA and I’ve never heard of these people. I am wondering now was I scammed??, Philadelphia, PA, USA

The store I ordered from was a clothing store, Kaulous, I paid with credit $59.07 I’ve waited 25 days then it says delivered, I get the package and it says online seller 188 south mountain house parkway Tracey California 95377, so I open it had my name on it, and it was a ring now I’ve been trying to contact the store through email but no answer back. This was just too much and I am very disappointed. Anyhow I have a ring I didn’t order thinking about getting it appraised just to see. I’ve checked them out online as well GRA moissanite -global gemological research academy. I don’t know my next steps but, thinking small claims court.
