I received a dress item from your company and need to return it issues with sizing and style. I was assured I would be able to return it if dissatisfied.
I ordered a dress from your website a week ago and totally disappointed. Size is so big I could not wear if. Clearly the item was mis-sized. I need to return it for a full refund. I am a size 10 and received a size 20, I think, not sure, sizing is way too too big, was very misleading. Enough explaining, I simply want to return it for a full refund as your return policy states.
Your site was on Facebook, no longer there I see. I am referring your site/company to the fraud unit at my bank.
You are selling clothes on this set, and collecting money, yet when items are received claiming no knowledge and refuse to discuss a refund.
Spoke with your chat group, and received no resolution, in fact, they would not even discuss a refund, even though I contacted them specifically for refund instructions.
