trying to return an item that was charded thru pay pal. I do not have an account with pay pal . pay pal unable to give mean any idea as to how to return and nether does my credit card with the charge. Can you help.I received a package that was not what I expected. There is no information as to how to return, It was put on my charge account as pay pal but I do not have an account with pay pal and unable to get any information from them. MY credit card is unable to help me because it is with pay pal. I think this is a scam. Please help because this has happen to be before with pay pal.
