I think I have been scammed again. I thought I was buying from JoAnn, Mount Orab, OH, USA

Mount Orab, Ohio, United States

Went to look for my order on JoAnn and couldn't find it. I know they are liquidating but just assumed someone else was handling it for them. I ordered it from Facebook. My account said the name on came thru as WHAL from London, GBR
