I received two packages that I did not order from uppercase GSERT space GYYRS., Stevenson, Washington, USA

Stevenson, 98648 Washington, United States

There is no paperwork. There are two items in each package, which appeared to be GPS tracking devices. They have adhesive on one side and a switch to turn on and off. Please let me know from whom they were sent and what I should do with them.
