I received two keto type detox products that I did not order, Flushing, Queens, NY, USA

I found a package in my mailbox addressed to me and stuff I did not order. I’ve searched all over my Amazon account and I see nothing there. I’m not on a keto diet so I wouldn’t order keto products and I’ve gotten nowhere since that.
I am in High Point, North Carolina, and it came from Flushing New York
