I received a package of Prohealth Keto+ACV Gummies and jars of ACV Cleanse that I did not order. All I have is a PO 81467 Las Vegas NV 89180. I want to send the gummies back and I would like a refund.

We also have been receiving items we did not order, my husband found the on our bank statement its Genuiesgummies Hub Mart this is the phone number to Customer Service 1-844-547-4762 we just called and spoke with them. Good Luck everyone

This also happened to me. Then they tried to charge me for a restocking fee. I did tell them i would report them to the BBB and my bank. The total charged was $258.77 (198.78 +59.99) they wanted to charge a restocking fee of $70. I argued the point that it was not something that i wanted or ordered. They are supposed to refund the total amount. Per phone call with customer service today 9/18/24. We will keep an eye on this.
