I received an opened USPS package from Kelly Chen, 1480 Howard Street, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. I don't believe I ordered anything from this person but won't know until I check my future credit card bills. I can't find any orders I would of had regarding this package although I won't know until I check my future credit card bills.
