I received an empty envelope with nothing but a thank you card in it, Cynthiana, KY, USA

It was just a small square package with that address on it shipped to me with nothing but a pink business card in it that says thank you for your order. It was left in my mailbox.
It is from SHIPPING CENTER 8500 LOGISTICS AIRPARK OR LOUISVILLE KY 40219
