It was supposed to be a dark spot corrector that came upon an ad on Facebook, never mentioned vitamin c serum I did not order this , I paid for something else , not this I live in Melbourne FL, it was shipped by JCEX. This company/person needs to be held accountable and refund money. It is a disgrace
