Check your credit card statement. There might me a fraudulent charge
I just received the exact same ring and same box and ot came addressed to me and inside was a small brown box with the same ring box and ring inside and a yellow card/envelope inside. I did not order this and was so thrown off and asked my fiance if he ordered it as it has very similar characteristics to my actual engagement ring that I haven't been able to wear much due to sizing. He did not order it either.
