I ordered 4 holiday themed shirts from Trenchcrop via Facebook on 11/14/2022. They indicated they were a USA based company so I thought it was a legitimate company. What I received was this same quill pen pictured on your website. Now in corresponding with the customer service dept for Trenchcorp they want me to pay to return the pen to their China office and then I would get a full refund or I can keep the pen and get 50% refund. I told them I would return it to the Seattle address but not pay for China. Waiting for a response. The sender’s address is : online seller, 2624 Rainier Ave. S, Seattle WA. 96144I'm in Hopkinton

I also ordered a shirt from Trenchcrop and received this exact pen. No explanation was given, no invoice was included and I had no idea who it was from until I saw your post. I had no idea this company was a scam.

I ordered from this "company" too and instead of a pen, I received a hat and neck warmer. The envelope didn't have an invoice and I wasn't sure who it came from until I checked back on my emails and found the tracking number and it showed the package was delivered on the 5th. I too was hoping it was a US based company based off of what was on the website. I remember after I ordered my items, I saw something that showed it was based in Great Britian and then in the Middle East and now it's China...
I also ordered 2 holiday shirts and received a POS hat and neck warmer!
I received the pen too along with puffy earmuffs for the purchase of a gaming chair and touch screen game tables.
