I received a package via USPS that I did not order. The item is an electrical device with a label on the cover of the device stating, “Electricity saving box, intelligent energy saver, the result is the best”. The pamphlet inside the box does not make sense and is poorly written. The return address is, California, 192-01 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY11358.
