I responded to a video not a website Jada noel I have received a package that I have not ordered from this company it is not what they advertised and it's not what I ordered. They showed a video of a product and sent me something different that's called bait and switch. Their name is on the box they sent me. And there's a picture of the product that is not what I ordered this is not the product that was on the video

I think we were had by the same scammers. They used a different email to me after I ordered from vid and pulled a switch on me too as well as old address label with my name as a sender is right under one sent to me. Address mine came from is Shelly Riggs 1951 Staunton Ave. Los Angeles, CA. 90058. I already called my credit card to open a dispute since no one answers email that was given.
