I received a package that I did not order, Muscatine, IA

I received a package from Carson, 180 Exchange Blvd, Glendale Heights, IL 60139 it is a beige cloth that resembles a scarf. Ordered chairs from facebook showing affiliated with QVC, 4 chairs. This is whatt I received.
