I received a package I ordered from snow-grass.com., 940 W Bethel Rd, Coppell, TX, USA

940 West Bethel Road, Coppell, 75019 Texas, United States

As I already explained, the package arrived from 940 W. Bethel Rd, Coppell, TX with $5.40 postage due. I was required to pay the $5.40. Also, I was not satisfied with the order (car ice scrapers) but snow-grass.com said they will not refund unless I pay postage to return it to China. This address in Coppell, Texas was the return address, but apparently, it originated in China. I was required to pay $5.40 postage due to obtain the package. I informed the support dept at snow-grass com
