I received a package with Eelhoe Lip liner & tattoo lipstick from a place called Peathers Fottys in Melville, NY. I never ordered this and I’ve never heard of this place or the brand. I don’t even want to open it. The. Manufacture is Shantou Eelhoe Daily Chemical Technology Co. in Shantou City 515000. I live in Illinois.
