I received a package from some place called Carson, 180 Exchange Blvd, Glendale Heights, IL 60139. It appears to be a placemat or something similar. It isn’t anything I have ordered. What should I do?

I did a purchase little bit ago. The company was using QVC as is advertisement. However it was not them.
