I received a ring from second brother in flushing ny. Nothing inside but a card and red box with a ring in an envelope . No order number or anything. Same thing as the lady in Davis junction Illinois.What’s up with this?

I just received a package with a ring from Flushing NY Second Brother?? Idk what to do about it but as long as I didn’t get Charged for it then I’ll wear it or give it away !! Haha I hope it’s just some screw up or whatever ?? Maybe it’s a write off for this company some how ??!
