Nothing so far but received a "heater" in a package I did not order.. not knowing why.. I started to open it .. should I still send it back return to sender? is it better to return unopened now?

Unfortunately I ordered and received the heater. The instructions are obviously translated from another language and there is no manufacturer name, address or any other contact information on the instructions. There is no manufacturer information or electrical information on the heater. The box was in a bag. Both the top and bottom of the box were damaged and open when I opened the bag. The prongs on the plug are bent toward each other so it can't be plugged into an outlet. I want to return it for a refund. Fat chance I'll ever get my money back.
