I got the same thing. It's a scam called Brushing. They sent you this pen in place of something you did order of greater value. So you had a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Turn it into your cc company along w any of the order verifications and shipping info they sent. I ordered a 5 in 1 Welder and a laser engraver got a pen and a crappy lil zip pouch w a purse strap in place of them..
