I received a jacket I did not order., no receipt inside to enable me to return the jacket.

I did not receive the jacket I ordered and did not get a jacket from the company I ordered it from. Where do they get my info from? I hope I was not charged. I did order a jacket and dif style than I received. I ordered a rain jacket and this fabric is not good enough for the rain and it is not the style I ordered.
