I ordered a cat house off pravastor and received a horse scarf instead. I messaged customer service about my order a few days after I purchased it to find out where it was and they said it should be delivered soon. I went an tracked the package a it said it was delivered on the 12th. When I went and checked my mailbox this scarf was inside.

The exact thing happened to me. Same cat house was ordered and received a scarf. I went 2 days with no confirmation then realized that there was trouble. Contacted my they recovered my money then received a scarf from some Chinese guy in California. I still fighting this with my bank it's still in open litigation.
Same. Tracking number was a scarf package same as the picture. How can we put fraud alerts on this spam?
