I definitely did not order a harmonica -I see i'm not the only one that received a package from this unknown "online seller". This really paranoid me - my thoughts WTH, WTH - staight in the trash - could be poisonous

I just got one too. Sent by “Jane”. The only thing I can think of is I did try to buy a standing desk off of a Facebook ad a couple months ago from a company called “Orusana”? And it never showed up. I disputed the charge on my card and won almost immediately. Wondering if that’s connected. Putting it on here just in case that’s the common denominator.
