I received a GRA certified ring in the mail yesterday, 4.28.23 that I did not order or pay for. It came with a gemlogy certified report, gift bag & felt bag with a $699 price tag on the ring. Came from: online sender, 2646 Rainer Ave S, Seattle WA 98144. USPS Tracking # label stuck on top of another mailing label with chinese characters and I could see my name and address thru the label on top. Do I send it back?.No packing or shipping receipt inside.
