I never ordered this package. I googled it and it looks like several other people have received the same thing also and they never ordered it.I'm in Las Vegas
Update: I did want to mention too that I ordered a dig bed on Face that turned out to be bogus... I believe it had a fake tracking in Chinese and it said it was delivered but instead it was this creepy package that we are talking about. It may have something to do with this situation. I never did receive the dog bed.

Yep. I ordered a human dog bed and this must be their way of saying it got delivered by a scan of the package even though it wasn’t a human dog bed it was this stupid feather pen
