I received a Botox product in the mail, which I did not order. How do we take care of this?, Hagerstown, MD, USA

This package came in the mail today I opened it up. I did not order this Botox solution anti-aging serum. I guess I will call my credit card to see if anything has been charge which I seriously doubt it. Do I send this back to the address that is on the envelope.
