This is the 2nd packaged I received from this company. I didn’t not order either items. This one is some kind of a mat or something. I’m not sure what it’s for or the use of it. How can I stop receiving items from this place?

Its a scam website like qvc they send crap so u think your order is enroute, only to receive junk, so scammer can cash out before consumer figures that they have been duped
