They are a scam and a fraud and I would like my money back. I did not order stainless steel spoon and fork you're nothing but a joke I want my money back we ordered two transform scooters where are they. North Fort Myers, FL, USA

They did the same exact thing to me! I ordered one scooter. I'm trying to figure out what to do next.

I had the same thing. I called my credit card and reported them. The money was credited back to me while they investigate. They said keep the cutlery while investigating. I have a screenshot of the order and a confirmation email. I sent an email reply from the confirmation email to ask for my money back since I didn’t get what I ordered. The card company asked if I tried to resolve it. The email shows I did. I also had my credit card number changed so the scammers can’t use it. If you have any legit automatic payments with that card update them with the new number. I hope it works out for you. I also alerted our scam section at the card company about this so they can alert people who try to charge to their place.
