Hello there, I am in the same situation. But my orders (2) were done in February, I sent so many emails to both places, (differents purchases). One of them wanted to return me less money for what I paid for when I placed my order, between emails back and fort, they never returned the amount paid for the item ordered and I never ever get the merchandise I did ordered.
It is a FRAUD!!, they RIP-OFF customers, it's a scamm!!.
Sorry to tell you You are not the only one.
Between both purchases I paid more than $100.00 USD.

I followed a FaceBook ad with the JCP logo appearing to be a JC Penny warehouse sale. Then I placed an order for 32.82 and used a credit card to pay. My order was confirmed with an email and I was given a page with a tracking... See More number from a global tracking site www.tracking654.com. I watched the progress on the tracking site for 29 days. I contacted them on FaceBook and through their email several times and was assured that I should continue waiting, that my package was in transit. Finally the tracking said the package was delivered, but nothing was delivered. When I went back to the original site, there was a sign that the store was CLOSED, and to check back later. They have automated responses when contacted. Tracking shows delivery at some point last night in the wee hours. I have been home every day and nothing was delivered. No refund is being offered.
