I ordered 3 pair of sandals from what I thought was Merrill shoes. When they came they were not what the picture showed. They were to big and not made with leather .They offered a $10 dollar refund but the cast to me was $59.98. I replied no and asked foe a full refund and how I could send then back. I have not heard back!
