I ordered off of Facebook what I thought was a legitimate ad from Bath and Body Works, Washington, USA

I emailed to the address on the ad stating 'had they received my order' because I hadn't heard from them or received a tracking number. I got no response. This was the first email I sent on 1/25/24. The second email was sent on 1/29/24. It went to: support@easyassistthub.com. I wrote they had the incorrect address then gave them the correct address. Again no response.
