I ordered a Nugget Countertop Ice Maker with soft chewable pellets May 27, 2024, for a total of $45.84. To date, I have not received the item. I was out of town from that time period until August 7, 2024. I notified the company and they informed me it would be reviewed by the support staff. To date, I have heard nothing about the review.
