I ordered a rocker lawn chair from QVC and received a green scarf, South Dakota, USA

Saw ad on FB and seemed legit as said QVC outlet. Then when didn’t get confirmation thought maybe order failed but cc was charged. I only assume the scarf is their way to say they sent me an item. But NOT what I ordered and definitely NOT worth $50.
