I ordered a pair of JustSoso shoes online and received the wrong size, 746 South Glasgow Avenue, Inglewood, CA, USA

I was asked to contact the store and was told through email that I didn't order the shoes from them. On the package it has 746 S. Glasgow Ave I ordered a pair of justsoso shoes offline thinking that it was from the company that actually sell them but when the shoes arrived they did not come in a box the package was opened. I emailed the company to let them know that I need to exchange the shoes for a different size and they emailed me back and said that I did not order the shoes from there online store so I'm not sure who these shoes came from but I have some shoes that's the wrong size. I have the receipt from when I paid, with confirmation etc
