I ordered a garden planter for $49 (a price that seemed too good to be true). Two weeks later a small screwdriver set showed up in the mail and they claimed they had delivered the product. I told them the post office had no evidence of receiving my order and they said they would "resend" but they would not tell me what carrier they might use. Now they want me to send them back the screwdriver set at my cost and they will "consider" providing a refund. Total scam.
