The shirts were supposed to cost $32.99 each with free shipping and no tax since Pennsylvania does not charge tax on clothing. On April 17, 2025 I was charged $74.23 as follows: $32.99 x 2 = $65.98, minus $6.60 “transaction discount”, plus $14.85 “tax” (but PA doesn’t charge tax on clothing) for a total of $74.23.

It took 34 days for my shirts to arrive. The origination of the shipment according to PayPal was Beijing, China. I started getting emails that were tracking my shipment from Reale, Spain. It went from China to Spain and then was in U.S. Customs for a while. Then, it went to Denver, to New York and to me in Pennsylvania. I filed a complaint with PayPal about the shirts NOT being made in the United States, being of poor quality, not having tags as to fabric content and washing instructions and being miss-sized.
On 5/23/2025, the Seller responded to PayPal “requiring me” to return the shirts to the following address in China. Interesting considering they are pretending to be in the United States.

I looked into returning the shirts to the address provided and it would have cost approximately $45.15 to send the shirts to the address in China plus insurance. If I don’t reply by June 2, 2025, PayPal “may” close the case. I was unable to reply, however, because PayPal’s application will only accept a tracking number for sending the items back. Then PayPal told me I had to contact the seller. I tried calling the number PayPal provided, +86 13241883144 but kept getting the message “Your call cannot be completed as dialed.”
I have three email addresses: paypal @24haidlink. com, support @24h-service. vip, and support @usacomfycloths. com. The first one is a PayPal email address, which I emailed and did not get a response. I repeatedly tried to respond to PayPal but they finally got in touch with me via secure messaging. Essentially, they told me they are just a money collector and that I must return the shirts to the address in China. I keep asking everyone for an address in the United States to which to return the shirts. They all insist there isn’t one even though USA Comfy Cloths claims to be in the United States. The return policy at the time I purchased the shirts was to read the FAQs section, which provided no information on returns.

All of this brings me to the address from which the shirts were shipped. The top label on the shipping envelope contains the following address: I say the top label because there are a couple of labels pasted one on top of the other.

Apparently, this object, Grmando Oteroy, is a pseudonym for someone sending out empty packages, packages of seeds, goods people didn’t order, items to the wrong people. This object ships from several places in the U.S. like New York and Chicago. If you Google “Grmando Oteroy” you will get many people sounding off about what they get in the mail from them. Sounds like an illegal distribution network to me. 1952 Hempstead TPKE is a bunch of stores in a strip mall as well as a dentist and fast-food restaurant.

I plan to file complaints with several United States agencies as others seem to be doing.
