I received the product. It was totally JUNK and not worth the package they were shipped in. When I tried to return. I was told to keep the product (top hair pieces) and they would return $17 to my PayPal account. Not a full refund of $59. Then they upped the refund to $29 and I could keep the hair pieces. Telling me I would have to pay return postage that would probably cost me $20.
I did not accept the offer. I’m still arguing the point.
They were shipped from 2850 Brea Blvd. Fullerton, CA address
