I have emailed the sender and company regarding my wish to return the bras for a refund. One bra had the padding bunched up and could not be repaired without cutting the bra. There was no mention in their ad that it had to be pulled over the head. I cannot do that due to a shoulder injury. I received an email back saying that the merchandise was delivered as stated and therefore there is no refund. I again emailed back to explain that there was a defect and not a true explanation of how to put them on. No further email from them.

Same with a pair of shoes I just got. This is not what I ordered they are the worst put together shoes in the world
